The International Employment Relations Association publishes three journals bi-annually: the International Journal of Employment Studies, the International Employment Relations Review and the new Employment Relations Record.
The International Journal of Employment Studies is the principal refereed journal of the International Employment Relations Association. The journal publishes original research papers on all aspects of employment studies. Submissions are welcome from all countries. The IJES is now in its seventeenth year of publication. The International Employment Relations Review is also a refereed journal of the International Employment Relations Association. The Review publishes research on work and employment worldwide which is based on empirical and/or theoretical research. The Review welcomes submissions from all countries. The Employment Relations Record documents employment relations events and issues, and therefore publishes papers based on applied research, especially those with a contemporary focus.
