The Research Symposium will be held at the International School of Tourism, Samui Island, Suratthani Rajabhat University.

THEME:

Understanding the factors impacting upon HRM at industry

and occupational levels

Papers are invited which address these issues from an ER, IR, HRD, OB or Educational perspective.

Registration fee: AU$ 375.00

Full time Postgraduate student fee: AU$ 275.00

Registration fee includes lunches, refreshments and two dinners, as well as IERA membership and the costs associated with the publication of the research papers.
